U.S. kids taking more medicine

ST. LOUIS, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- The number of U.S. children taking drugs for type 2 diabetes more than doubled between 2002 and 2005, a study released Monday revealed.

What has been the happiest day of your life in 2008 so far?

The happiest day, for me, undoubtedly, was the day I was told on July 3rd that I was making a 'remarkable' recovery from my diabetic relapse and that I had also lost 6 lbs in weight the month before.

Following in rottlady's footsteps, who recently published wonderful pictures of her dogs to cheer us all up, I thought I would do the same for today. I do not have any dogs, so I have to do the next best thing: use me instead, though I would not claim to be as cute as her dogs!
